Refund & Return Policy

At Mufys Apparel, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Return Policy explains how returns and refunds are handled.
1. Return Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- Items must be returned with original packaging.
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Worn or used clothing
- Items damaged by the customer
- Clearance or sale items marked as final sale
3. Refunds
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days.
4. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges may be available for wrong sizes, defective items, or damaged items, subject to product availability.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos if you receive a damaged or incorrect item.
